Yes, it is as simple as that, regardless of the requested quote, if you are not happy at the time of repair, there is no charge. If I am unable to fix your computer there is no charge. If you purchased a component and you are not happy with the repair because of my fault, there is no charge. If you are not happy and it is your fault, a fee will be charged to return the component. If it cannot be returned for any reason I will absorb any cost up to $50 for the component, the client will absorb the remainder if any. All my time and travel costs are deleted from the bill. Once you are happy with the results, I provide a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor. After 90 days no fees will be returned.
