Design costs are traditionaly based on the artistic skill of the designer but most often goverened by the time it takes to develop what the client needs. What ever you need for pretty much however long you need, there is only one price. The price negotioated at the start of the project. I will send users 12 proofs to pick and choose and quite often I often add additional alternatives with different fonts, colors and layouts to spark any ideas that might help you meet your artistic vision.
